The LW26 series rotary cam switch mainly applies to below AC 440V,or below 240V DC, rated current up to 315A circuits. It is applied for unfrequent connecting or disconnecting circuits working as controlling or changeover function. It can be also used to control three phase asynchronous motor or as command control or for circuit measuring like Voltmeter or Ammeter. It has wide applications such as circuit controlling, testing equipment, motor controlling, command controlling and electric welding controlling.

HC electric rotary cam switch complies to China standard GB 14048.5 and International standard IEC 60947-3, IEC 60947-5-1.

Typical switch applications include: Ammeter switch, Changeover switch, OFF-ON switch,ON-OFF switch, Reversing star-delta switch, Reversing switch, Star-delta switch, Start selector switch, Stepping switch, Switch, Voltmeter switch, 2-speed motor pole change switch.

LW26 is an ideal innovative type product that can substitute most domestic products and some other foreign types including LW2, LW5, LW6, LW8, LW12, LW15, HZ5, HZ10, HZ12, etc.

Derived from LW26 rotary cam switch, there are Padlock type LW26GS (160A and below) and Key Lock type LW26S( 63A and below) which can be used as critical cutoff switches for important equipment to prevent misoperation or operation from unauthorized staff.

Within LW26 series, types from 20A to 160A can also be equipped with plastic protection enclosure.
